noscasa - how it all started:

Paul Akwei (Director) first visited Cape Verde from the UK in 2004. Drawn by its beauty, he conducted thorough research of the Islands and was so convinced by his findings that he moved to Sal to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle in the sun and with his expertise in real estate, started Noscasa.

By January 2006 Noscasa was up and running and servicing groups of investors. There would now be an unbiased and impartial search facility for clients seeking land, residential, rental and commercial property in Cape Verde. Since then, Noscasa has built up a database of high quality properties and land on the Islands and has advised, placed and managed investment for many satisfied clients and investment groups.

As Noscasa is not a developer there will never be a conflict of interest where sellers or buyers are concerned and the company has an island-wide presence and with offices in four main towns Praia, Santa Maria, Sal Rei and Mindelo.

“My family has found it very easy to settle in here” says Paul, “it’s a small community and the Cape Verdean’s are so friendly and welcoming.”
