Because we want to make your search for a property in Cape Verde as effortless and enjoyable as possible we would like to invite you to visit us here on the islands to find your ideal property in person, rather than just trawling the internet.

Noscasa has a policy of recruiting staff locally which ensures they have expert knowledge of the islands and the Cape Verde property market. A member of staff will be on hand at all times to assist you and answer any queries you may have during your stay.

• four night stay
• flying from Gatwick or Manchester to Sal
• meet and great at Sal airport
• transfers to and from Sal airport
• accommodation in a superior, self catering apartment
• tourist visa
• pre-arranged property viewings and meetings with developers
• visits to other islands if desired
• all trips accompanied by a dedicated member of the Noscasa team

the cost:

Should you buy a property as a result of your visit, we will meet the cost of the flight, superior self contained apartment and breakfast. If you not decide to buy a property as a result of your trip, we will ask you to contribute just £350 per person toward the cost of your visit.

Tourists are required to obtain a visa upon arrival at the airport. The cost of this, currently €25, will be reimbursed at the Noscasa office in Santa Maria, Sal.
